Current Noble Arms is now either four years old, or three years and eleven months. The third thread had lasted for more than one year.

My Roleplay, Noble Arms: The ASEAN War, will reach its 4th year in June or July. It's been a long journey.

Despite its massive flaws, my RP, Noble Arms: The ASEAN War, is still one of the longest ongoing RPs in RPGuild - It turns 4 years old in July and the current thread itself is more than a year old.

Sorry about stalling this, but I'll be moving us to Glory of France soon. Do you guys want to time skip immediately, or have a major enemy encounter take place at Renovation?
I'll do it.

Thanks; Double also offered.
Okay, to be honest, I can't handle this alone; I need a Co-GM.
@Gentlemanvaultboy, Alto gave permission for Alexander to arrive, by the way.
Alexander Ascot

Alexander hadn't arrived at the apartment yet. Nevertheless, he was getting angrier and angrier, gripping his steering wheel harder to compensate for the hot sweat that covered his palms. He knew this, that Vittorio was going to ruin William's life without even having known of the boy's existence. His brother would prove hard to keep out of doing something foolish but heroic, and to be honest, merely sealing Vitt's powers would not be enough. Vittorio was obsessed with Alto in ways that Alexander can sympathize with, because the Juvenile Investigations Officer's desire for vengance against the Mephisto's student - which was objectively misplaced - was similar, very much so.

We may even be the same, from a certain point of view. The difference is that I will succeed. Those were Alexander's thoughts as he drove towards where the budding skirmish was. As the lights of the city passed through the car windows, each streetlamp, billboard, and neighboring car able to cast their glow for only a second, Alexander squashed the remains of his conscience, the still, small voice trying to tell him to do the right thing.

You are a Juvenile Investigations Officer; you're here to save kids just as Eleanor was saved! Would your wife be happy that you let another kid slide through the cracks?!

"But it's for my brother," Alexander said faintly. "I can't lose him."

His conscience responded, Like Vittorio did with everyone important to him? He lost what he loved as well. Can you really fault him for lashing out?

Alexander could not fault that part of hiimself for saying that. Nevertheless, his struggle was evident as he began talking to himself, "He wants to murder Alto, who is innocent of any wrongdoing. My brother - Will - is prepared to go to Hell itself to avert the tragedy that will result from this impulse. Can an older brother be wrong for wanting his sibling to be safe?"

Then help Vittorio. Not in the toxic 'kill Alto yourself' way, but rather in the 'I genuinely want to help' way.

"But I'll fail!" Alexander couldn't help but snap, almost missing the limousine - the Ganze Family Limousine - that came up before him. He had arrived.

Then you're a coward. That last damning statement sealed the battle with his conscience.

"Fine!" Alexander, knowing that Vernon and Michael would think him mad, drew his phone as his car drew to a stop, saying to Samoth:

"Change of plans! This time, we restrain Vittorio and try and reason with him and potentially his cronies! It's not as hopeless as that looks, Samoth; I have a lead to the Demon who killed his friends and family, and I am ready to finally follow it!" A sense of relief. Alexander now knew peace in his heart. But now, it was time, time to put his new cause to the test. "And of course, I'll still keep quiet about this business!"

Albert would interject, "But I'm a child, and so is the other boy in armor! Why are you sending us for such a task?!"

Crap, this is bad. Apparently (and by apparently, after Albert used some covert Charms to investigate), the ruler of the city was behind the Ruby Necklaces (which was obvious to someone with magical senses), there was a Spirit inside the city, and of course, the Sword was evidently an actual Artifact that can be used against them. And Albert, though he was tempted to reveal the full extent of his knowledge, was not totally foolish. Frowning, he looked to see which of this motley group was going to handle the blade, thus giving themselves away as a Heroic Mortal or even an Exalted. Looking at Aiden, he would slide over and whisper:

"Do not grab the sword. If what the Lady said was right, you can't use it. Or if you can, then you'd mark yourself as a target." Albert, being a TwilIght Caste taught by an older Solar, knew the basics of what Artifacts are; it did not hurt that he had some rough information from his Exaltation's own past incarnation. That and Mortals didn't carry magic weapons around for obvious reasons.

@Nerevarine, Might be acceptable, but your character might also cause unnecessary conflict.
@Double, I'll move the plot once @LordVoldemort is sufficiently eased in.

Also, I and WXer have been talking about how to advance the RP on Discord.
@Letter Bee Eli turned to face the stranger that had approached him. The black robes were a little off-putting to the boy, but he nonetheless gave the man a smile. He rubbed the back of his neck at the mention of being an amnesiac, though he wasn't entirely sure if that was who he was. "I suppose that's me, yes. Pleasure to meet you. My name is Eli Vaelum. And you must be the host. Right?" Eli's gaze directed itself to the keyblade the man had. He bent down, putting his hand to his chin, and inspected the weapon. "Oh wow, so that Moogle was telling the truth. You're the first person I've seen aside from myself with a keyblade." He straightened himself back up and crossed his arms, looking back up at the man.

The idea that there were more keyblade wielders fascinated Eli, though it wasn't exactly something he hadn't known. Somewhere, deep in his heart, he knew there were others. Why he couldn't think of any was something unknown to him, for he knew it was true. Despite it all, he was at least glad that he knew someone now...or at the very least met one.

Tocsax smiled, "No, I'm not the host; the Hosts are the Emperor and Empress of this place. As for Keyblades, well, we've been gathering as many people with them as possible, for the purposes of survival. You haven't been to the main discussion in the throne room, it seems? Perhaps you can use a refresher on the group's main mission." A pause as he drew his Keyblade and pointed it at an empty spot on the air and said: "Replay."

The scene from the Throne room began repeating itself again, this time as a holographic effect. This time, however, there was an artificially-placed emphasis on the section relating to the Multiverse's origins and the Old Keyblade Order. Then it skipped forward to the section about the Princesses of Heart. Once this was finished, Tocsax would then say: "Eli Vaelum, from yet another broken world. You are a mystery to us as well as yourself. Nevertheless, I offer my friendship to you."
