Annabelle Irons

"Eh? Why'd you send them a request for that kinda stuff? Its....kinda strange, boss, even by your usual standards," the void-touched magical girl said as she sat on the bench near where school buses used to come, doing so in her un-transformed state, tone more curious than usual.

The inky black orb sitting next to her seemed to turn back toward her, as if to look back at her once more as she sat there. Annabelle's legs swang a bit with a rhythmic motion. It had actually turned out to be a...well, good day so far in terms of herself. A couple new friends, they ate some burgers....heck, she had even asked Chef to make em' extra special for the occasion. Then they had talked a bit personally, discussed things, then it eventually payments and that sorta thing.

'All in good time, my herald. Much is needed, and more is necessary before things are ready. And more territory has just been secured, with more to be gained.'

She supposed Soth knew what he was doing. He was one of the oldest things in the universe, after all! He had to know what he was doing, and though he had some distaste for the other two at least he wasn't being mean about it. Annabelle was happy about that much, and happy to have some new friends. Though she almost felt...somewhat protective of the in regards to her boss? It was kinda odd, but at the same time to her it was kinda nice as well....

....It was like she finally had something.....no, someone(s) to protect now, actually~

But before her happier trail of thoughts could continue, a voice rang out from down below. A figure, yes, someone had run onto the grounds of the school, into her master's territory without so much as a 'please' of all things. It was just about the second time today, but to the red-haired magical girl at least it was something to do! Quickly uttering her transformation phrase, Annabelle shifted into her magical girl form before waving a hand at the inky black orb next to her.

Swiftly, it over down and opened up into a small portal below her, enough to jump down into for a quick trip to somewhere. Especially on these grounds. A light glimmer of glee on her face, Annabelle leapt off with roof without hesitation and into the portal.

A moment later, the Knight of Rose would see an inky black portal of darkness open up on the cieling of the hallway, a bit in front of her. Moments later, a magical girl, perhaps one of a familiar appearance if she remember the earlier incident, fell down through the portal and landed on her feet. A look of glee was on the girl's face, perhaps from the fall she took, before she looked up at Amaryllis as she dusted herself off.

Beyond that, Soth's own forces and such that were inside the school were already moving around inside, stealthy and hidden form perception by their lord just in case. Full alert for the second time in the day, actually. It had almost made the "chef" roll its many eyes in exasperation once more at things, though perhaps this one wouldn't have its lord's herald coming here asking for food for them this time. Yeesh. Then again, it had at least been some added practice in variety for the "chef", so that much it was glad for.

"Hey, a visitor! I must be popular today, haha!" Annabelle said to the other magical girl, giving a light giggle afterwards before seeming to calm down a bit more seriously for the occasion, "So, what brings ya here into Lord Soth's territory? Need some work, or to talk, or somethin'?

Er, and to clarify the 'threshold' proper was kinda on the property line, not here. Buuuuuuut the boss seems in a good mood today, so that's cool!"

Actually, she couldn't tell his mood right now. But considering the living status of this person, to Annabelle he must have been in a better mood than earlier!

Nina Kujo and Alice Honorsby

A pair of magical girls watched the city, one on the ground and the other viewing the sky.

Someone had unleashed a deal of spirits into the area, which after some events had been stopped and other magical girls (and a magical boy it had seemed) had stepped in to assist the victims. At least, those they could assist if naught else.

But for Nina Kujo, this was not enough. Avoiding interference was something she regretted now, though Alice had been (even if Nina wouldn't admit it) right about keeping back in case a territorial magical girl....or heaven forbid another psycho girl like the one who had eaten dead bodies, had showed up. This was new territory for them, something they didn't know for sure all the ins and outs of amidst the large and local magical girl populace. Many different patrons potentially at play too, which was a potential danger to boot if one took a dislike to them.

"Yare yare, Red Rifle. You seen the one who did this yet? I'm investigating near the scene for clues," the 'Stardust Crusader' said into the cellphone in her right hand, it and its also-stolen twin both possessed with a couple spirits to allow herself and Alice to communicate freely without interference. Her left hand, specifically the thumb of it, was stuck in the waistband on her pants with her hang hanging there in place, much like a delinquent would do casually in some sort of anime.

The oddly-dressed girl was leaning against the side of a building, standing in a nearby alley from the scene of the attacks. She could see the bodies covered in sheets, the blood staining them and the ground, and the damage fleeing or otherwise slain people had caused in some fashion during the chaotic mess Alice had described to her. It was...disgusting. Nina loathed it with every fiber of her body, and had come here amidst her ground search for the supposed "perpetrator" to, in her own manner, pay silent respects to the dead. Not that she could admit it to her companion, but regardless of Alice knowing it not....it was her own prerogative to do it anyway!

However, she did see something odd at the intersection at she observed it. Two girls, looking at once of the dead bodies as it would seem. Motorcycle visible out of the corner of Nina's eyes a little ways away from them. Magical girls, perhaps, coming to investigate the damage? Wait, was that the light din of an actual ringing cellphone? Nina had no complete idea about things, but for all she knew they knew the poor man whose body lied dead on the ground.

"....Hmpf, bastard who did this is gonna get a fist in their ugly-," Nina said as she had begun to speak quietly to herself

"Ey, i might have a visual on the girl. Same one i saw earlier anyways. Seems to be doing a low fly-by over the city, maybe wants to check back up on her work? Regardless, i'll just keep a watch on her for now and update ya as i watch her," Alice said over the phone, interrupting Nina without telling the other girl she'd accidentally left the line open while talking to herself, "Go to the scene and keep an eye on things, for the moment being. See if she comes there, since i told you what she looks like already. If she decided to get too close to things and confirms my guesses, we can decide from there. Red Rifle, out."

Alice adjusted her sniping position a bit after closing the line of communication, before looking back into her "scope" and continuing to track the location of her "quarry" as they moved about. She herself had become accustomed to this 'scandalous' outfit, sniping from several positions, similar things of the sorts as the situation had required. It was all part of her work as a magical girl. But one thing she was happy Nina hadn't quite yet "adjusted to" was senseless killing scenes. It was disgusting, terrible, but not always something they could do things about. At least for today, conforming their potential target, tracking her, and most importantly: attempting to stop any possible other attempts to release spirits in this city today.

Sure it risked someone getting huffy, but some could maybe see it as a kindness wanting to try to hunt down a perpetrator and cut off their evil actions at the source. Some just saw it in a grey light, some got angry if the perpetrator was a comrade for some reason. Alice had seen it all, so many deaths, so many monsters, so many things gone right to hell that brought out the darkest sides of the world around them. Nina seemed to have adjusted to many things well so far, especially under her tutoring, and yet the truth was that she like herself still had growing and learning to do.

They all still had to learn and grow in this "profession", really, according to Alice's own thoughts on the matter. Otherwise, how could anyone survive in this kind of role for long if they never learned a thing or never continued to learn?

Nyma

Night 5

Grabbing up her Poisoned Spear from right next to her, Nyma did the next thing that came to mind. She swiftly charged forward, spear held in both hands, and to the best of her ability she drove her spear at/into the back of the Alpha Ogre's remaining knee from the side. In essence, aiming to kneecap its last leg from the vulnerable side whilst...staying out of the line of fire. What was the line of fire though? The Alpha Ogre was right there, one leg cut off and limping on the other, and his body was swelled up in size. Further, the alpha had turned to attack the goblin with the sword who had slashed off that other leg. One could say, in terms of her idea, all she needed was a bit of...."leverage". Or perhaps, "gravity" to work for her in this instance.

What was bigger and more swelled up than before had to come down sometime, right? Preferably back onto the ground.

So yes, in fact the space that was now behind the Alpha Ogre was potentially dangerous.

"TIMBER!!!" Nyma shouted as loud as she could as she (hopefully) made contact with her target with her Poisoned Spear, right and true in her aim as much as she could and hoping beyond hope she wasn't in the path of where it fell.

Maybe someone would think to plant a spear or such behind its falling hulk of a body to kill it. Or at least hurt it more.

Preferably, to her, they perhaps all didn't want to die here.

No.

That....it....no, it couldn't be.

Something like "that" should not exist, there....there was no chance, right?

But she felt it, that creeping, that aura, that power.

One of "those" was here-

-a true Monster it felt like.

Something that would tear down the human order, butcher humanity, bring and end to this world.

A monster beyond monsters.

"Ilya Muromets, servant of the class of Rider, go assist anyone seeking to slay that...that thing My forces shall come follow to help heal the others there, but that thing needs to be stopped....or even the Grail will not matter anymore. Use any Noble Phantasms you need to as well, but make them count."

Sophia sounded...somber, more somber and to the point than she had been after losing her other servant, more somber than she had ever been in life. The feeling, that aura....it was like a predator and this world was its prey. Human Order was its prey. The Modern Age, those living in it, everything was at stake here. Nothing needed to be held back. They needed to act.....NOW. So she had given her orders to her servant, with none more to be said...none more needed to be said really.

"All hands go to assist in the slaying of the beast! Provide support to the servants there as best as you can by forming a camp for masters and supporting efforts! The rest of you, on me! We are going to assist as well, but you lot stay with me only. Get moving, NOW!!!"

Dozens of manufactured homunculi, ones she had produced in the field here since creating an alchemy lab at her original base's location, began to hurry out of her new base's location. About 4 headed toward the Hotsprings, where the meeting would be, whilst the rest were making for the location of this "beast". Their first task? Keep a safe distance, heal participating servants, create a camp a good distance from the conflict in a zone that starting off would be "safe", and able to be used to organize things and cast healing at the other servant in the field. Further, from here an evacuation could be issued to civilians in the area, which would be their secondary task aside from "assisting" in the defeat of this beast how they could.

Even the network Sophia had created sent out its small army of "relevant" bodies to go to the conflict. The guard dogs were kept back, and the army of familiars was being preserved for the moment in case of their need in other fashions. Other normal familiars in the city were redirected to scout the scene itself from a safe distance, observe the area around, keep all eyes on the danger area to the best degree possible.

"Mistress Sophia is setting up a camp for the masters in a safe zone from the conflict, not too far from my mistress' new base of operations. All masters seeking an area to organize need to head there immediately. Four homunculi are en-route here to guide you all to the safe zone for this purpose.

Further, all servants present are requested to present themselves at the danger area in preparation for the battle. Any Caster-class servants are exhorted to enhance the capabilities of the best fighters here and support them. Those with the highest capabilities in battle are exhorted to take the front lines. Archers and those who fight at a distance, to keep farther back to fire into the enemy. Others, to play assisting roles as you see fit to help with in this battle.

Furthermore, for church members present and others who worry about the denizens of Fuyuki, an evacuation of the places closest to the danger zone has been initiated by what few homunculi can be spared. Any assistance in getting the residents that are most in danger to a safe area is welcome.

Finally, my mistress emphasizes that we need to take down this threat as soon as possible, and work together despite our past differences in this war. The survival of humanity is essential,"
the female homunculus said, her voice booming in volume as it spoke to the other masters, though eventually she looked over to Hideyoshi before speaking once more, "Master Tohsaka, i have been instructed to lead you to your wife immediately.

She is coming to the safe zone to assist in support and organization, and desires to have you with her during this time to keep you most safe. If you would, will you and your guards follow me with haste to her location?"

With her last messages given, the cute maid began to make a break out of the building, with the aim for running to Sophia's new location and Hideyoshi and company following her. There was not time to waste. The future of her mistress, and the human race, was at stake.

Saber: Sigurd, the Dragon Slayer

Outside Chiron and Gin's Bar, Beast Containment Zone, Shinto

He knew.

He saw.

He felt it in every bone in this body he had been granted by the Holy Grail.

This was a monster. Something that he could feel the evil, the loathing for humanity from even here. It was a monster that to him could be the the antithesis to humanity, to human order, to the entire world in this day and age.

Several spoke up, and the female homunculus spoke of a base of operations and someone trying to help organize things. Sigurd merely drew up his blade and moved from off of the wall. It was time, and even if he burnt out like embers on a dying pyre he would ensure humanity's survival. He would ensure the world of humans never came to an end, at least at this point in time.

He would do this because that was his job.....this was the job of a hero.

"Heores! To battle!" the King of Noble Heroes said aloud, his voice booming through the room before he began to take off to the beast's location with his wife, "My dear, we must assist in destroying this, even if it burns our bodies to cinders. Our Noble Phantasms can help bring this beast down, and if we do this together then naught can stop us.

After we survive, i shall also take you on that 'date' you requested, and we shall see the sights of this land and beyond."

After this, he would take her to see the ends of the world if needed. She may not be his true love, a fact even she was not aware of since such feelings had been hidden deeper down in Sigurd than anyone else, but as his wife he had his duties to her. Though it was of note he did have love for his wife as well, dear Gudrun whose evil ran deep at times when it came to getting her desires....and yet who had given him all of herself and her love to the bitter end. To this end, he would return this in kind now, even if she didn't want it.

Diana Firebrand

As the others went about examining the desk and one of the other locked doors, including the cleaning off of a moldy sandwich, Diana felt a small tug of curiosity toward the door without a lock. Walking over to where scar was, she examined the door for a few seconds, wondering what would be so easily unlocked in this place....and if it had any goodies to snatch for the road ahead. Or whatever else was in this prison right now on the lower levels. Maybe if nothing else it had papers or something like a magical trinket.

"Whatever is down there its probably had to be there for a while now, or something, considering how old that sandwich looked. Anywho, imma check this room out for now and see if anything useful is there! Move, Scar!"

Shrugging mentally to herself after speaking, Diana did the first thing that came to mind for this particular endeavor. Magic power thrummed as she spoke a word, a great word of the dragon tongue that-

"FUS"

-would proceed to try to blow the door to pieces. Albeit, with less force than what had been used on the cell door before.

The maid mentally communicated all she heard back to her mistress. Or rather, it could be said she didn't have to properly due to due to "that" connection. Shortly after, her mistress returned a message in a similar visual manner. Ah.

"Mistress Sophia says she is aware of the situation, having received word that the Einzbern estate in Germany is currently under siege as well. Further, she wishes to bring up that the Matou are, according to her information, the only ones not under fire from the Clocktower at this time. She requests formally that the Matou assist politically in defusing the situation here with the Clocktower due to their position.

However, she agrees that many of the actions of others in this war have been 'utterly foolish', and agrees to these rules and conditions. In her words, 'these are a fair step to reigning in this mess of a Holy Grail War', which in her mind should have been put in place before all of this."

The maid finished sending her mistress' message, pausing a moment and looking down as more information came through. It potentially seemed to be a lot of information due to the length of her pause, and on her mistress' end the maid could perceive the hurried nature of the communication. Afterwards she simply nodded, then looked up again and began to speak once more to the room's occupants.

"Ah, and one more, very urgent, message from Mistress Sophia for the assembled group and organizer.

There is a highly dangerous servant here, one with red hair and a great sword and very high parameters who is likely a Saber. Said servant has been taking over the the land here in ways that threaten this area and the war as well.

Said servant has already slain one very strong servant with ease, and then has seized ownership of this land as well as its leylines using a seemingly unique ability he possesses. This ability also seems capable of controlling even familiars and bounded fields and such things within its radius, according to my mistress, and even after he leaves an area this control lingers. She theorizes that runes, potentially other similar magecraft placed in his presence, would also be 'dominated' and controlled.

However, servants are not subject to this control, save for it instead lowering their strength and abilities.

Should this enemy servant come into contact with the Holy Grail in any capacity, it will be dominated and lost, and none here will have chance to claim it. He is a top priority threat, according to my mistress.

With this in mind, she has given me word to tell you all that she is currently guarding the Grail, this being the reason she hasn't come to the meeting."

Aerith Hastings

There We Go: Part I - Shopping In Style, Golden Quarter, Main Road, Priestella

@Ryofu@Rune_Alchemist@Althiel@BrokenPromise

Avoiding unnecessary suspicion, getting a fitting set of clothes...yes, this was an idea that Aerith felt she could easily get behind right now. Especially with the anecdote that the city's forces, if "Priestella" was the proper name and she assumed things rightly, were on alert for anything strange or suspicious. Even a group of three stranger that, unbeknownst to Irene and Vasilis to her knowledge, were from another world and had no idea about anything here. Death, a least by guards, was something she wanted to avoid....actually, avoiding the dying altogether was the real desire if she were to be frank. Though whether she or they all could avoid death again or not, just not having to start again at the same position, if they even LIVED again after another death at that, would be preferable. She....wanted to try to be hopeful, at least a bit, even if in the end it was silly to do so.

Though a coach pulled by an earth-like dragon approaching quickly snapped her out of those thoughts for the moment being. At first it was almost a bit jarring, yet keeping tabs on Irene and Vasilis' reactions she allowed herself to finally relax a bit. Even to coachman was friendly to them, petting the "steed" drawing the carriage who seemed very nice and friendly. Walking over, Aerith gently petted the dragon as well, feeling the sensation of its hide as the fact "this is a real thing here" set into her mind and a small smile came to her face. Then after a moment, though, she walked over to the open carriage door.

She let Vasilis help her into the carriage, taking a seat to the side and giving Chieko and Vasilis room to sit. Some of the nerves began to arise again, a small tingle going up her back as if to remind her of things. Ah. Perhaps once they made it to the "Golden Quarter" they could swiftly get better clothes and get better acquainted to this place. At least, if naught else, to get their bearings in a potentially "safer" locale.

At least the trip wasn't bad in getting there. Rather, smooth, actually, making it easier on the teen's nerves at least.

Though now she was looking forward to what clothes they could/would get a bit, if she had to be honest about things.
